Kulala, a beautiful, luxurious villa situated just a five-minute drive from the calm, crystal clear waters of Long Bay. The reef-protected bay is perfect for swimming and snorkelling and is often visited by sea turtles.

This unique and exquisite retreat is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and a wonderful courtyard with glorious plants and a copper pot with fish and aquatic features. At the end of the infinity pool, surrounded by a sun deck with sunbeds, is a lovely, shade-providing gazebo. Kulala has stunning, unobstructed views across the Atlantic Ocean as well as Antigua's famous Devil's Bridge.

This villa has an exceptional layout, allowing the gentle Caribbean breezes to keep the villa cool, as well as providing the maximum privacy for its guests, with ocean views from all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It has high ceilings and wooden floors adding to the feel of spaciousness. Balinese columns, furniture, decoration, artwork and a variety of different style wash basins add to its unique charm.

The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a Viking professional four-burner stove along with a coffee machine, toaster, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. There is a covered dining area seating eight between the kitchen and living room, as well as a verandah with dining for 10 and fabulous views of Devil's Bridge. The living area has ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD player, DVD library, radio, CD player, CD library, board games, telephone with long distance and wireless internet access. It opens out onto the courtyard and verandah. There is also a games room with pool table.

There are four very spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. These four bedrooms have special air conditioned beds. The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed, mosquito net, ceiling fan, closet, and French doors that open out to Dian Bay with views of Devil's Bridge. Its en-suite bathroom has his and hers sinks, an open roof shower with rain shower head, bath tub, and tiles with engraved Bali dancers. The second bedroom also has a four poster king size bed, ceiling fan, mosquito net, open closet space and opens out onto a lush tropical courtyard. Its en-suite bathroom has an open roof shower and his and hers sinks. The third bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan, mosquito net, open closet space and opens out to a lush tropical garden. It has an en-suite with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, mosquito net, open closet space and an en-suite with a shower.

There are mosquito nets in all bedrooms, screened windows throughout, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box, hair dryers, washer, dryer and the voltage is 110 and 220. There is a maid service five days a week and a cook is available upon request.

Kulala's built area is approx 8,700 square feet, of which 5,300 square feet is covered, with 1.8 acres of land.
