Lakeview Village has 24 units comprising one, two and three bedroom units with various layouts and includes a garage or carport. It is situated within close proximity to Stocklands Shellharbour, Shellharbour Hospital and public transport. The Village is set amongst an attractive garden setting and is a close knit and friendly community where residents can enjoy the companionship of their fellow residents. Each unit has an INS Lifeguard emergency system which incorporates wired in smoke detectors for peace of mind. A 24 hour maintenance line is available for all maintenance and gardening requests. Elanora, UnitingCare Ageing's new 100 bed Ageing in Place facility, is close by, providing further care when needed.
