JOB TITLE
Leasing Manager ***Hong Kong

Our client is a developer known for their quality residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, China and even Overseas. They have been involved with some of the largest development projects here in Hong Kong and China.

They are currently seeking experienced candidates for the role of Leasing Manager to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the manager in preparing marketing strategies / Analysis on trade mix and tenant mix in line with the business plan
• Handle leasing enquiries, client and tenancy liaisons, marketing analysis compilation and agreement renewal negotiation
• Responsible for leasing of office towers and shopping malls;
• Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, budget preparation, lease term negotiations, takeover and handover of premises, fitting-out works and ad hoc duties
• Monitor variances in leasing control parameters, such as income receivable, vacancy, trends, pricing, market movement and trend and customer turnover
• Conduct market research in Leasing industry.
• Attending property viewing with agents and/or potential tenants

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate, and Surveying discipline
• Minimum 6 - 8 years' relevant experience in leasing or marketing
• Experience in Shopping malls with major developers will be preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
