Opis:

We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator, for our multinational client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage import and export shipments ;

* Plan of goods transportation via ship, truck etc ;

* Develop most cost effective modes of transport of material to various oversea customers ;

* Handle all custom clearance and shipment documentation /paperwork ;

* Fill all necessary documents with Port authority and customs for import and export of shipments ;

* Negotiate best transportation rates with freight forwarder, shipping line and transporters ;

* English speaking preferred as will have to coordinate with overseas clients and vendors for shipments ;

* Ensure timely dispatch, shipping and delivery of goods to customers ;

* Continuous logistics cost reduction.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Logistics Coordinator

* Bachelor of Commerce – Import/Export Knowledge with 1-2 years experience

* Aware of all Incoterms – FOB, CIF , DAP etc

* Fluent in French, able to communicate in English (written, verbal)

* All-round professionality, accurate, organized and flexible.
