It sits on another piece of handcrafted Colombian furniture.



Both the living and dining rooms have wall mounted air conditioners. Located off the living room is a two piece powder room decorated with imported Italian tile. The glass topped vanity nicely compliments. Closet doors provide access to the under stair storage.



The master bedroom has plenty of room for the iron and wood king size bed, matching night stands and large double dresser. The patio door allows plenty of light and fresh air and has a blackout blind installed. A wall mounted air conditioner easily cools the room. The 3 piece en-suite bath has been newly renovated. Much time and care was taken in choosing the tile, new granite counter top, designer sink, fixtures and designing the custom built vanity.



The terraza furniture includes a small, round plastic table and 4 chairs, a teak table and 4 chairs and a new patio set of loveseat, 2 chairs, round glass topped table and 2 small round side tables. The wet bar has a bar fridge and new Char-Broil TruInfrared barbeque.



All furniture and appliances come with the home. Other than personal items, (a few dishes and select artwork), the dishes, pots and pans, appliances, linens, etc. are included with the home.



The patio doors in both the living and dining rooms have shade and blackout blinds installed. Decorative ceiling fans in each room keep the need for air conditioning at a minimum. The main floor can be locked off separate from the upstairs and enjoyed as a complete one bedroom apartment with maids quarters. This allows the opportunity for the two upstairs bedrooms with en-suites to generate income by participating in the Hotel Rental Program.
