Milton Burn is the first development of its kind in Aviemore, built with the Scottish environment in mind, the houses are sustainable and energy efficient, resulting in a reduced carbon footprint and lower running costs, yet not compromising on quality.

Biomass materials are considered a carbon-neutral source of energy, despite producing carbon dioxide, they only release approximately the same amount they absorb while growing.

From the A9 South, turn off at B9152 signposted Aviemore. Take the next left and follow road through Aviemore. At the North end of the village, pass the entrance for Dalfaber on the right and then take the next left for Grampian View. Follow the road round to the entrance for Milton Burn.

From the North:

From the A9 North turn off to the left at A95, signposted Aviemore. Take the next right onto the B9152. Continue South for 1.5 miles into Aviemore and turn right into Grampian View. Follow the road round to the entrance for Milton Burn.
