We are looking for some really nice house mates to share this amazing house with us.

The house it's self is over 200 years old and is located on 1 of the only 3 regency squares in Ireland. So it is very unique.

The bedrooms consists of a Super King Size Mahogany Sleigh Beds and mahogany wardrobes and bedside lockers perfect for someone who wants a really nice big bedroom.

Two new bathrooms have just been fitted to the house as well.

The house is located minutes from Ranelagh Rathmines villages. It is a 5 minutes walk to the canal so it's very close to town.

The Luas is a 4 minute walk either to charlemount or Ranelagh Luas stop.

Super value, Lidl, Aldi ,Tesco, Dunnes Stores and all 5 to minutes walk.

There are lots of smaller niche health food and pop up shops and restaurants just up the road. With lots of pubs and bars to choose from as well.

The house is located in front of MOUNTPLEASANT tennis club which has squash and gym facilities as well.

There is a 24 hour access gym 5 mins from the door of the house, there are also other gyms , top yoga & Pilates studios near by.
