The main room, which is a huge living/dining room, was the original kitchen for the old farmhouse, and retains the enormous Tuscan fireplace as a centrepiece. To one side of the fireplace is the kitchen, while to the other is a corridor leading to the bedrooms. The large main bedroom has views towards Montepulciano to the south and Montefollonico to the west. There is a second, smaller bedroom and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.

The farmhouse is only 4km from the beautifully positioned hilltop vilage of Montefollonico, with some services, and 5km from Montepulciano, which has all the services one might need. A perfect holiday home in Tuscany.
