Penthouse Suite 3307 & 8 enjoys direct beachfront location at the Sands Resort. It is located on the eastern corner of Building 3 (which has an elevator) and catches the prevailing breeze so a/c is rarely needed. The main balcony is huge, wrapping around the main living area and the master suite. There is another private screened deck off the 3rd bedroom which also has unobstructed ocean views. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can be locked off and rented separately. This lockout section of the suite has its own functional kitchenette and the 3rd bedroom uses a pullout queen bed so it quickly converts to a comfortable living space as desired. The Sands provides full resort services.
