A Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor is sought for a Multi National Cost and Project Management Consultancy for Construction, Industrial and Property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring and describing Mechanical & Electrical work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors

• Preparing and using detailed budgets and cost plans

• Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts

• Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations

• Preparing interim applications for payment

• Preparation and presentation of financial control/WIP documentation

• The preparation and agreement of final accounts

• Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions etc

• Attend, hold and chair meetings with clients, internal.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

• Minimum 5years work experience in Building projects, preferably with Consultancy background.

• MUST have a strong M&E background

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills

• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
