Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an International Engineering Consultancy who is urgently finding SQS talents to join their team. They are looking for serious individuals who can help facilitate the movements of their projects.

This client is responsible for a vast variety of project including residential and commercial buildings, transport, infrastructure, utilities, and environment. They are involved with both project in the private and public sector

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years or more experience in relevant field
• Must be a member of MHKIS and Registered Professional Surveyor
• Experienced in pre/post contract is preferred
• Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
• Solid experience in subletting, variation orders, measurement, payments, final accounts, estimating, and cost control
• Skilled in MS Office
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
