St Andrew’s Village is UnitingCare Ageing’s Independent Living village in the heart of Tamworth. St Andrew’s is centrally located close to shopping centres, hospitals and public transport, however still maintains a quiet and friendly community atmosphere. The village is set amongst an attractive garden setting and has off-street parking available, with the option of a carport or garage.

This Independent Living village allows the residents the freedom from home and grounds maintenance, whilst offering the companionship of other residents, a sense of security, and an independent lifestyle.

Residents can also enjoy the flexibility of sustaining links with the wider community, entertaining visitors at home, and taking part in organized activities and outings – all while feeling secure that their living environment is being well-maintained by others on their behalf. All common areas are cleaned by the organization, ensuring that the village environment is maintained to protect the health and safety of residents and their guests.

The accommodation offered at St Andrew’s Village ranges from one and two bedroom units in a variety of layouts and sizes, along with two bedsitter units.
