JOB TITLE

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

An opportunity exists for a highly experienced Technical Director to join an International Consultancy to be based in East Asia.

Working for private and public sectors, you will be overseeing Civil and Structural international and local projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly oversee all projects undertaken
Accountable for Technical Detailed designs, review submissions and specifications
Liaise and work closely with Operations Director and Infrastructure & Transport Dept in pursuits of new projects on both local and international level, entailing business development mission, prepare fee proposals, and provide technical support
Contributing to business growth and client relationships, strong commercial awareness and industry knowledge.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
MUST have at least 15 years working experience in East Asia, including DESIGN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT on both civil and structural projects
MUST be CHARTERED ENGINEER
Strong design experience covering various civil projects, RAIL & PLANNING will be advantageous
International exposure is also advantageous
High degree of professionalism, management and motivational skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
