JOB TITLE
TECHNICAL OFFICER (Building Works) *** Hong Kong

Our client with business in Property investments, developments and management in Hong Kong are currently seeking candidates to fit the role of a Technical Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the repair & maintenance work, addition & alteration works and fitting-out & reinstatement works.
• Prepare tender documents
• Carrying out site inspections
• Liaise with tenants, occupiers, contractors, government authorizes and relevant internal parties

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years; post qualification experience in the maintenance building in Hong Kong.
• Experience in shopping malls, Commercial and Residential properties would be preferred.
• Knowledge in public housing maintenance in Hong Kong
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant technical Officer
