JOB TITLE

Valuation Manager/ Senior Manager

Our client is an internationally recognised commercial real estate company operating in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for candidates with a strong background of experience in valuations of properties in China.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

• Are you MRICS/ MHKIS qualified or similar?
• Do you have 5+ years valuations experience
• Are you fluent in English and Cantonese?

Candidates will have a demonstrated track record of providing valuation services to clients in Hong Kong and China. They will be comfortable producing accurate reports and assessments of the real estate market in Hong Kong, help ensure compliance to relevant ISO standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Participation in valuation and consultancy projects
• Site visits (mainly in Hong Kong), or occasionally in other countries
• To assist preparing tender documents
• To ensure compliance of ISO standards
• To retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships

REQUIREMENTS

• MRICS, MHKIS or Qualified Surveyor a MUST
• Degree in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines
• 5+ years post qualification experience of providing valuation services
• Fluency in English and Cantonese a must – fluency in Mandarin a definite advantage
