The Four Winns 285 Sundowner offers all the amenities of a waterfront home including a functional refreshment center on deck and a full cabin below. A yacht-style instrument array graces the helm of this boat. The refreshment center is a focal point of the cockpit and comes complete with sink and pressurized water, Corian Countertop, and Refrigerator. The spacious cabin is available with an optional microwave, adding convenience and luxury. The cozy settee is perfect for kicking back and lounging or for sharing an intimate conversation. The head compartment comes equipped with a porcelain Vacu-Flush head, a sink with pressurized water, storage, lighting, and a 110-volt AC outlet for personal grooming needs. Other standard features include a handy cabin table, a roomy berth, and a storage cabinet with counter space.

Actual Condition
This Four Winns, although from 2001 still maintains. The hull and interior seem to be in good shape. The deck and throughout the hull seem solid, no soft spots found. Moving along to the stern seating area; this is where the work is needed. The previous owner had begun to tear down the engine, suggesting it needed repair prior but never put it back together. The back seats will also need new backing. With some mechanical know-how and elbow grease she can be back in the water again. Send in your best offers!!
