Opis:

This role is responsible for assisting the Channel Islands Corporate Compliance team with varied administration tasks

Responsibilities:-

Organisation of meetings (liaising with participants, booking meeting rooms, liaising with the audio visual team, issuing calendar invites etc.)

Diary Management

Assisting the Monitoring & Surveillance team with the administration duties involved with maintaining the Channel Islands Compliance Oversight Programmes.

First stage preparation of Senior Management & Board reporting.

Taking minutes at Corporate Compliance team meetings and meetings between Corporate Compliance and the business.

Assist the Compliance Managers with drafting Corporate Compliance Policies & Procedures

Management and allocation of e-mails in the Corporate Compliance group mailbox.

Maintenance of various registers maintained by Corporate Compliance.

Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as requested by the Head of Corporate Compliance.

The successful candidate maybe required to visit other State Street offices as required

Qualifications / Experience –

Good analytical and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills, in particular the ability to produce good quality, concise reports and other forms of business correspondence as well as an ability to clearly relay information verbally.

Excellent IT skills, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
