Construction is okay. House is built of clay with stone (tiles) in the corners for stabilization.

Services such as water and electricity are present. For heating there is a traditional stove for heating by wood. On the plot also a cellar of around 20 m2.

This house is in Szakcs, a village of 1,000 inhabitants near Dombovar and not far from the thermal baths of Gunaras and Tamasi. Dombovar also is a nice city which offers all possibilities for shopping, restaurants, etc. Around the village a beautiful area for walking and cycling.
