We are very pleased to offer this 22 room hotel right on the beach at Medulin. Unusually for Istria, there is a sandy beach.
The hotel has been furnished to very high standards by the owners, who formerly worked in Switzerland and offers an excellent investment.
On the ground floor is a well equipped restaurant with 120 seats inside and 80 seats outside. There are a further 100 seats on a beach terrace on an annual rent from the opcina.
As well as a conventional kitchen it has two wood fired stone pizza ovens which serve the lively restaurant.

Medulin is a popular resort with many facilities. The hotel is actively trading and had a good season.
It is easy to get to and is only 20mins from Pula airport, served by many flights from the UK, Germany,Russia and Scandinavia.
