Opis:

JOB TITLE

FAÇADE DESIGNER - HONG KONG

An International Engineering Consultancy is seeking experienced candidates to fill the role of a Façade Designer to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct structural analysis
- Façade design and detailing
- Inspections and reporting
- Assist facade engineers and consultants to coordinate with clients, government authorities, architects and other consultants
- May be required to travel to China and Macau for factory and site inspections

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Architecture
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in facade design
- Handle full set of drawings with practical experience
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and 3D would be preferred
- Experience in curtain wall, cladding, metalwork or glass, building technology and construction is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Team player
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Travel to China may be required
