Located in the Les Fonts urbanisation between the towns of Moraira and Javea, this villa with a private pool was renovated in 2021. The superb pool terrace was retiled in 2021 and offers space for many sun loungers, tables and chairs. At the side of the villa there is another dining area and an archway which leads to the back terrace which was also retiled in 2021, here you will find another dining table and chairs positioned under a large sail shade.  The top terrace at the back of the villa includes orange, mandarin and lemon trees.
