Description:
This is a 6 month temporary role to provide administrative support to the business to facilitate transactional activity on certain funds administered by the team. To assist in undertaking the corporate governance of all fund services client business.
Key accountabilities:
Delivery of services by the Fund Administration team in accordance with service level agreements, fund documentation and regulatory requirements
Contribute towards the development and enhancement of processes, ensuring best practice and Fund Admin standards and procedures
Assist with the oversight of the outsourced administrative duties
CDD and client reviews as required
Skills/Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Excellent numeracy and literacy
2 A levels at grade A-C
2 years experience would be desirable
Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law.
