This traditional style, unique finca in the Benimarraig area of Benissa has beautiful views over the countryside to Calpe, the Mediterranean Sea and the Penon d’Ifach. The town of Benissa is five minutes by car and Calpe beaches are only 6km away.
The driveway leads to a parking area and a spacious garage for one car, plus lots of room for storage. The finca is set on a large rustic plot surrounded by mature trees and plants. There are fruit trees including figs, oranges and lemons plus palms and a  Jacaranda tree. 
From the parking area, we enter the finca through the wooden front door and into the reception room where there is a guest bathroom with toilet, a storage room and internal access to the garage.
Accommodation comprises of a large open-plan dining and living room with double height ceilings and a large stone fireplace. There are wooden ceiling beams, a sofa area and a large dining table with chairs. Stairs up from living room lead to the upper mezzanine level. Here is a large room that could be used as office space and there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Back downstairs, the front of the lounge has glass sliding doors that open to the Naya. The Naya is glazed-in but the panels can be opened for comfort in Summer or Winter. 
There is a separate kitchen with a traditional wood burning oven and outside there is a shaded dining and BBQ area next to the pool terrace. 
Next to the kitchen there is a long central hallway providing access to the central courtyard, two storage cupboards, a utility / laundry room and four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have lovely views over the pool to the sea. 
The extra large pool is 12 x 6 m2 pool and surrounded by a spacious terrace with lots of room for sun loungers. There is also a pool shower.
