The Park Avenue Development is the result of the renovation of a well known building in the area and is a project of the architect Joao Faria da Costa. This 7 storey building is very well located just a few minutes from the Marques de Pombal, El Corte ingles and Amoreiras and close to Parque Eduardo VII.
