In the first part is the "boiler room". Here is the heatingsystem fired on wood and the heating system fired on oil. In the other parts ofthe outbuilding is a workshop. Behind the outbuildings isan garage.The hamletis only a few kilometers from Mainsat. Here are the first shops. For a widerange of shops, you can reach Auzances of Chenerailles at 15 km. Aubusson, abig city with a lot of history, museums and train station is 22 km away.It is a nice rural house that can be used asa permanent home or as a holiday home. The house needs a renovation, but theconstruction (walls and roofs) is fine. Due to the outbuildings and the groundsthere is plenty of room and potential around the house.
