Strong Hope Plantation is situated in St. Thomas which is in the centre of the Island. As you enter Strong Hope you follow a long and elegant driveway surrounded by enormous cabbage palm trees and beautiful fauna. When you have reached the end of the long driveway you will notice that they are three properties being: The main house, The Cottage and The Barn.The main house is a single-storey 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury home with all modern finishes throughout. The kitchen is made with custom wooden cabinetry affix with marble counter-tops. Appliances are all built in which is a fantastic feature in this home. Directly off the living room is a large patio with built in bar great for entertaining guests and which boast beautiful views onto the well-manicured gardens. Steps from the middle of the bar lead to the pool deck which homes the main pool, a kiddy pool and a BBQ gazebo with built in appliances. The pool is also accessed leading from the courtyard.The Cottage is a self-contained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located just west of the main house and is approximately 900 square feet. The cottage features a living room, kitchen with built in wooden cabinetry and decoran counter-top. Both bedrooms in the cottage are en-suite.The Barn is a separate two-storey, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located on the grounds of Strong Hope and is fully enclosed with its own gated entrance. Floor area in the barn is approximately 2,900 square feet. On the ground floor you have the large kitchen with decoran countertops and appliances which includes a dishwasher. There is an open plan living and formal dining which extends to a large sitting area complete with a coral stone bar that partially overlooks the wonderful pool, deck and spectacular grounds. The pool deck itself overlooks a tennis court and a wonderful open lawn area suitable as a football field and ideal for large scale entertaining. The open plan living and dining area also extends directly out to the pool and internally to two en-suite bedrooms and a powder room. On the second level you have the master en-suite bedroom. Just off of the kitchen on the ground floor there is an open room which can be used for a child's play room, possibly a guest room or even a helper's quarters.
