Located on the Tuscany hills this historic XVIII century winery is composed of a main villa, a farm house and additional structures, surrounded by vineyards and a wonderful garden. The Pisa International Airport and the sea coast are just at 30 minutes drive. Close to the winery, in the nearest village, a supermarket, a post office and a pharmacy can be found.
The total floor space of the main villa is 750 m2. The building is divided into 3 levels, a major part of which was recently renovated and decorated.
The two floor farm house is 500 m2. The particularity of this building is a wine cellar with a room for wine degustation, placed on the ground floor. There are two separate apartments on the second floor, one of which was renovated and decorated, and the other awaits to be renewed.
The winery owns a number of structures for farming equipment and domestic animals: a two storey barn of 70m2, stables and a tuff cave.
The winery produces approximately 15,000 - 18,000 bottles of wine per year: 2,000 bottles of the white wine, 10,000 bottles of Sangiovese red wine and 4,000 bottles of SuperTuscan red wine. The latter is considered to be one of the best red wines in the area of Pisa. The produced wine is mostly sold in Germany and Switzerland.
