This substantial chalet could be run as a chambre d'hotes, gite, B&B or used as a large family house with plenty of room for friends and family. It is in a quiet location with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.

It has a total floor area of 400m2 and is surrounded by 6400m2 of land with its own natural water spring and a waterfall. There are 12 bedrooms, mostly large ones as this has been run as a 3 star gite de France.

The roof was new in 2013.

* Ground Floor Accommodation
At present run as a comfortable mountain refuge, on the ground floor this chalet has a large sitting/dining room, a very large professional kitchen with top quality equipment, a spa room with jacuzzi. As you come in to the chalet there are two useful rooms for ski clothes and for ski equipment with a heated boot rack.

* Outside
The chalet is surrounded by 6400m2 of land and very peaceful and secluded. the chalet has its own spring. There is a 150m2 wooden deck facing south and west. On the land is a small mazot (Savoyard storage shed).

* Location
The chalet is in a small valley between Flaine and Les Carroz. It is next to the ski piste Sarbotte, which leads from des Molliets back to Les Carroz. It is easily accessible on skis or snow shoes from the Molliets carpark. The golf course is very close by and there are plenty of walking trails, so the chalet is in a great position for both winter and summer sports.

* Upstairs Accommodation
On the first and second floors are 12 bedrooms with room for a double bed and bunk beds. The chalet can sleep up to 50 people. There are bathrooms/shower rooms/ WCs on each of these floors.
