I have a Double bedroom to rent in my house, we are looking for a girl !!

available from 8th july ( at least 6 month)

The house situated in Drumcondra D9 in front of DCU St Patrick's campus, 15 min walk from Botanic Garden and 10-15 min by bus from city center (O'Connell street), 30 min by foot.

The house is very big. You will be sharing the house with a couple and a guy.The house includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, one big kitchen, one dinning room and living room, the veranda, garage and a garden all equipped.

The neighborhood is very quiet and residential.

The rent is 700 euros per month and around 40 euros for bills, deposit 550 euros

We aren't looking for couples or males, ONLY GIRL. If you are seeking for a peaceful and fun sharing that is for you :))
