Ideally located in the quiet countryside around 25 minutes north of Tour with two golf courses a short drive away. Excellent access to the autoroutes put Paris around 2h30 away by car or less than an hour by TGV from Tours or Le Mans stations. Normandy ports are also an easy 2h30 drive. The local village has the basic amenities and the nearby market towns can provide everything else. For our equestrian clients one of the best equestrian vets in the region is less than 10 minutes away as is also one of the few 'equestrian physiotherapist with excellent ride-outs and facilities close by.
