The modena Concept

·Make a deposit of thb 100, 000 (approx. Usd 2, 900) which is completely recoverable by deduction from the final payment.

B) Signing:

The Sales and Purchase Agreement is to be signed within 30 days of the reservation.

·A 30% payment of the unit price is required upon the signing of the agreement.
