Just across the bridge from La Rochelle lays Ile de Re, a beautiful stretch of land of 25 km long with over 200 miles of bicycle lanes to take the time to discover its natural wildlife, beautiful beaches, vineyards, salt marshes, the lighthouse "Les Baleines" and quaint villages such as Saint Martin, Ars, La Couarde or Loix.
