We are looking for a nice and clean flatmate (female only), You will share the house with a Brazilian and the bedroom with a Chilean girl.

Only three people in total will be living in a very cozy, tidy and charming house. Almost all the utilities are brand new: fridge, oven, washing machine.

Electric shower and high-speed internet.

The rent is 400 euro plus bills.

The house is located in a very good place, a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, very close to the Saint Patrick's Cathedral and the Guinness Storehouse. Several options of nearby supermarkets, like LIDL and Tesco, plus shops like Spar, Euro and Off Licenses. Easy access by bus being served by different lines like 150, 151, 77, etc.
