You have to be a Clean, Calm & Respectful person. We have No tolerate of anti-social or illegal behavor! You have to be like us, a very Clean, Tidy, respectful & responsiable person. This is a No smoking apt, smoking outside the building. This is Not a party place. Respect ur flatmates privcy & sleep. We Dont want: a noisy person, that brings ppl home. We are not a hostel. Looking for a friendly, calm person. That is socialable but does his/her own thing. No noise after 9Pm during the week, including sunday. Always keep it Clean & Tidy as you go. There is a rotating weekly cleaning roster for the apt, for each week, that will be part of ur contract. Rent due in on 28th each month, by standing order/ direct debit.
