The US Yachts US 25 is an American built sailboat and designed by Gary Mull. The boat was built by US Yachts, a division of Bayliner, which is itself a division of the Brunswick Boat Group. Derived from the Buccaneer 250, the US 25 was later developed into the Triton 25 and produced by Pearson Yachts. In 1984-85 Pearson Yachts sold a line of sailboats that it called the Tritons. This was an attempt to capitalize on the success and reputation of the Alberg designed TRITON, introduced in 1958, and the company's best known model. The tooling for these yachts was purchased from US Yachts/Bayliner for the TRITON 25 is similar to the earlier US 25 and BUCCANEER 250 and was also sold as the PEARSON 25.
