The garden which is mainly flat and easy to manage is planted with a variety of shrubs and mature trees which provide perfect shade in the summer. There is a paddock, with attached stabling which has been used for donkeys and horses, orchard, large natural pond and swimming pool. The orchard is planted with apricot, apple, mirabelle, plums, hazelnut and fig trees.
There is a large open plan living/kitchen room, of approximately 66 sq m, with wood burning stove and access to the south facing terrace. In addition there is a sitting room with balcony which overlooks the garden and a conservatory with west facing terrace for watching the sun go down.

The nearest airport is Toulouse which is an hours drive away and the Pyrenees are close enough for day trips for skiing and walking.
