The spacious cabin with A/C and fridge. Has room to sleep four comfortably.  Complete head with sink, hot water and freshwater shower.  The forward dinette converts to a double V berth.

Shore power and 3 KW Generator provide all necessary power.
100 Hrs service work has been provided on both outboards, including maintenance work on generator and air conditioner. The interior canvas, carpets and eisenglass have been recently replaced.

This has been always kept on boat lift when not in use. It is trailerable as the upper helm/tower frame and top canopy are both detachable.  Nice operated anchor windlass with anchor.
