Charing is a historic village found between the larger village of Lenham and the bustling town of Ashford. It boasts a range of local amenities to include shops, primary school and local railway station. Easy access via the A20 is provided to the M20 and then access to both London and the Continent. The fast link train from Ashford also only taking 38 minutes into London St. Pancras.

On leaving the office turn right and head out of the village towards Charing. Re-join the A20 and at the Charing roundabout you need to take the first exit heading up Charing Hill. At the top of the hill take the left turn on the bend. The cottage is then found a short distance on the right hand side.
