The total area of land is 13 hectares of which almost 6 hectares of vineyards. Remaining land consists of the garden, woods, orchard with a variety of fruit trees and uncultivated land with agricultural potential. The water for domestic and agricultural use comes from an underground spring on the property. There is also a river running through the valley that crosses the property and natural lake.

The winery needs some renovation work but the vineyeards are in great condition.
