Two bedroom suites are located on the first floor, both of which open on to a verandah enjoying magnificent 180 degree views of the beach and Caribbean Sea; the third guest suite is at the groundfloor level.

Milord features high ceilings throughout which allow natural light into the villa, while louvered windows and doors permit cool breezes to flow. The kitchen and living areas are open-plan, and connect to the dining room through fashionable archways. The living area opens out to a spacious verandah and sun deck, which offers casual out door dining as well as a state of the art 6-person Jacuzzi which has recently been installed at the southern end of the verandah. A private gate provides direct access to a white sandy beach.

There is a protective reef in front of Milord with good swimming available to both the right and left of the house.
