This 3 bedroom fully renovated stone house is located in Serra Tomar, just a few minutes walking distance from the Castelo do Bode lake, Portugal's second largest resevoir. On an end road with just another house, it feels very private, even though you have a few neighbors around.

If you like to be near a bigger town, Tomar is full of history and is around a 20 minutes drive away, the town of Tomar was born inside the walls of the Convento de Cristo, constructed under the orders of Gualdim de Pais, the fourth grand master of the Knights Templar in the late 12th century. Tomar is set along the banks of the Nabao River and is a delight to explore, with ancient churches, a scenic old town and pretty cobbled streets. Tomar is a traditional and pretty Portuguese town that contains one of the finest national monuments of Portugal.
You will have everything you need on your doorstep, supermarkets, hospital, schools, vegetable markets, cafe's, resturantes and river beaches.
It will take you around 1.30 to drive to Lisbon airport and to Porto around 2 hours, there is direct train to Lisbon from Tomar, and the seaside is around 45 minutes away.
