Once again we are offering exclusive alpine homes of a high standard and a modern timeless architecture built in natural materials that ensure a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Alpenresidenz Planai in Schladming will be built in 2017 and it will stand completed in the summer of 2018. The house will consist of 3 floors with a basement garage. The key system ensures that only the guests of the house have access.

Alpenresidenz Planai in Schladming consists of 14 apartments. The apartments go from 57 m2 - 127 m2. They contain from one to three bedrooms and up to two bathrooms. Lovely spacious kitchens with large windows make for an amazing inflow of light. The apartments on the ground floor offer relaxation on the terrace, while the other apartments are built with large balconies or roof terraces.

The house is heated by district heating with isolation that conforms to modern requirements leading to reduced heating costs.

In the town it is also possible to ride down a 7km long illuminated sled run together with the entire family - an amazing experience, especially after dark.
