Opis:

The Catalina 30 is very popular boat due to its size, comfort, and price.  They are widespread across the country and have proven to hold up well over the years.  You get a nice roomy interior with a lot packed into a 30 foot package.  Very easy to handle by yourself or as a couple. 

This particular Catalina 30 has lived in fresh water on Lake Ontario only.  I was surprised when I stepped below to such a clean boat with nice updated cushions.  The owners are neat and have everything in its right place to access when needed.  The boat is turn key with little needed to enjoy her right away.  A clean boat sits on her mooring awaiting a new owner!
