This Catalina has a spacious cockpit for companions to join your journey at sea and for entertaining at the dock.  Step inside and you will find a well cared for sail boat to make your own.  She can sleep up to 7 inside the cabin.  An L-shaped settee is located to port with a convenient folding teak dinette allows options to open the salon up to create more space, fold it down to serve meals, or lay it down to create an additional berth.  An additional settee is located to starboard and can also be utilized as a single berth when needed.  The U-shaped galley is to port and allows for easy meal preparation.  The forward berth sleeps two and can be closed off via a privacy door.  An additional double berth is located aft.

Pride of ownership is reflected from bow to stern.  She has full canvas covers, new sail covers and the roller furling is in good shape!  Additionally there is a new Martec prop, new shaft and new cutlass bearing.
