St. Barts Yachts Oriental office, would like to introduce, our newest listing \"Sailing Shoes\" a 1993 Hunter 30 T. The 1993 Hunter 30T sailboat is in very good condition and has been well maintained by her current owner. She has been continually updated over the years. Hunter designed a 30 foot sailboat with a lot of big boat features. The 30T has an open, bright cabin layout with a large aft head with shower. She large sleeping quarters, a very functional galley, lots of easy access to storage, and plus an open transom with ladder.
The headroom with in the cabin is over 6 foot right up to the V berth, providing a cabin that easy for movement throughout. The interior is light and airy with lots of portlights. The aft cabin features a full sized berth with three portlights. There are several electrical outlets throughout the cabin. The aft head is located on the starboard side. There is a head, sink with both Hot/Cold pressure water, and a shower. The aft galley has three large storage cupboards, two pull down panel cupboards, alcohol stove, and refrigeration. The cockpit is large and comfortable space that features 2 teak stern seats. The mast is deck stepped with two spreaders and is a tall rig. She is well balanced for sailing in both light and heavy air.
