General Description
Dutch built center cockpit design with starboard side pass through to aft cabin. Rugged construction gives this vessel a \"Go to Sea\" quality. Teak planked cockpit seating, Varnished teak interior with plenty of room and storage. It is unique to find so much room in a 31' center cockpit! Great for family cruising! There is a forward berth, mid cabin berth, and aft cabin berth, along with a galley, shower, and Jabsco electronic head.

Actual Condition
It is reported that the hull is in overall good condition for its age. Hot water tank has been removed but the plumbing and the space for the hot water are in place. In 2006 a new headliner, rewiring, and new marine vinyl floor were installed. Always in freshwater, regular servicing, oil changes etc. Please inspect carefully before bidding.
