Opis:
“CURRENT PRICE” IS A GUIDE. ALL OFFERS RESPECTFULLY CONSIDERED .
Actual Condition
It is reported that the Contest 31 HT developed a serious crack in the cast iron keel which was discovered when the boat was last hauled. The owners have decided that the time has come to bring her to market, as they are getting older and do not have interest in perusing any repairs, but have some great memories to keep.
The Contest 31 HT is a classic vessel equipped with all the amenities you will need for a sloop sailboat. It is reported she has plenty of head room in the 6’ 4” cabin to maneuver; with a teak finish she is certainly pleasant. She offers a V-berth, double and single berth in the main cabin and a single quarter-berth. There is a shower in the head with closable doors to a V-berth and main cabin.
In the galley, you will find a propane stove with oven, foot pump for the use of the sink, icebox and hot and cold pressure water systems. There is a list of details found below. Overall, for her age, she was kept up and still a great vessel for someone looking to give her a little TLC. Send in your offers!
