Originally a semi-custom boat, the 31 is built on a high-performance deep-V hull with moderate beam, cored hullsides, and a solid fiberglass bottom.

No wood is used in the construction, and the bottom has a keel pad from the stern forward for extra lift.

Standard features include a transom rigging station with sink, transom livewell, lockable rod storage, fresh/raw-water washdowns, roomy walk-in console with marine head and sink/ shower, in-deck fish boxes, leaning post with rod holders, in-deck dry storage, cockpit bolsters, anchor locker, and trim tabs.
