Description:

This Performance Cruising Gemini Catamarans continue to be one of the most successful Cruising Catamarans ever built. And they are so versatile you can accommodate a family of four comfortably or even place it in a Day Charter operation or just relax and dream the day away.  Of Special Note, She is ICW Friendly with Bridge Clearance of 46 ft.  She has a new  Autopilot and Steering Cables, Depth/ Distance/speed/Wind, VHF radios (2), Large Solar Panel, 110V Air Conditioning, Full Galley with Propane Refrigerator & Freezer, 4 burner Propane Stove with oven, Large Salon and Dining area with plush seating and more.  A comfortable Queen Berth is located Forward in the Master Cabin. The Port cabin has very comfortable low profile box springs with a 3\" foam topper and the Starboard berth has been converted to a very large storage area.  The draft is only 18\" so it can go many places others can not or it can be beached for sandbar outings. Headroom is 6'4\" throughout the boat.  All lines are rigged to the cockpit for Single Handed Sailing and it has Lazy Jacks for easy sail storage in the sail cover.  She offers full Cockpit Cushions, Large Bimini with Shade Screens, Roller Furling Genoa, Electric windlass w/ Remote Switch, a portable 4000 watt generator, Covers and Screens for all windows, Composting Head vented outside, two propane heaters for those chilly nights and a 2012 Honda BF 50 Outboard with only 700 hours. She has been very well maintained and is a joy to sail and live aboard amid her comfortable accommodations. An indestructable hard shell Oliver dinghy with new 5hp Honda it Included. Well maintained and equipped, with better than average interior conditions. Ready for cruising.

Has kick-up daggerboards and transom-hung, lifting rudders. Draft is only 1’ 6” with daggerboards and rudders up – great for cruising shallow creeks, rivers and bays, and 4' when down – for reduced leeway when sailing upwind.
