General Condition
Introduced in 2005, the Formula 31 PC is an updated version of the company's original 31 PC; considered by many to be among the best express cruisers in her class. The new model retains the top-of-the-line construction features of her predecessor while adding a sporty forward-facing radar arch, an extended swim platform, and an all-new interior scheme notable for its cherry-finished cabinets and Ultra leather upholstery
.
The cockpit contains a comfortable U-lounge with tables that can be lowered and converted into a large sun-pad. The tables and cushions can be stored along with fenders in the huge transom trunk, and twin foredeck sun-pads are reached by way of an opening windshield with molded steps.

Below decks, the 31's designer interior is as elegant as it is practical. Corian counters are found in the galley and head; a solid cherry table serves a six-person lounge; and overall fit and finish is the equal of any European sport boat.
 
Actual Condition
This 33' Formula was donated to a charity. It is reported that:
There are scratches/gouges in the painted finish on the hull sides.
Bottom will need sanding, stripping and re-finish.
Upholstery and sun-pads will need repair as seams are torn/split and discolored from the elements.
Bimini top is torn.
Companionway slider track is broken.
Port trim tab has pulled free from its mounting to the transom (screws pulled out).
Cabin carpets are stained.
Engine room/ bilges are generally clean and clear.
Water noted in the starboard drive unit, unable to shift into reverse.
Cables are very stiff in operation.
A visual inspection of the Starboard drive shows a large crack in the housing.
Genset would not start, but appears to be in good condition.
